Information is collected throughout the year via e-mall requests, various forms, electronic means and telephone calls.

We collect this information to enable the charity to keep in touch with you about events and news.

Sharing Data
The information provided will not be disclosed to anyone outside TBM, without your consent.

How do we protect your personal data?
Your personal data is held securely on the TBM computers, which are
password protected. We use MailChimp & WordPress who are GDPR
compliant and have appropriate security arrangements in place. In addition, we keep hard copies of your sign-up forms and correspondence that you send to us, or that we receive from third parties (such as our bank statement), locked in a secure office or secure cabinet.
TBM is committed to working in a transparent, ethical, responsible and honest way.

How long will your information be stored?
Your contact details will be kept until you ask (until no longer used or required by law) for them to be removed or changed. You can ask for your details to be removed at any time.

Your rights
You have the right to ask to see any information we hold about you by submitting a ‘Subject Access Request’ to the Data Protection Officer Mr. Elnur Jabiyev. You also have the right to ask for information which you believe to be incorrect to be rectified. Under the new GDPR Regulations the Trustees of Turkic Belt Ministries are the Data Controller and Mr. Elnur Jabiyev is the Data Protection Officer.
